    3. The damaged tissue of man can be repaired only by a balanced diet.

    4. Balanced diet reduces diseases caused by any kind of deficiency in the body and increases working capacity.

    Question 2. How is fat important to us?

    Answer. Fat is the most energy-providing element of all the nutrients present in our diet. We can understand the need or importance of fat through the following points -

    1. The body gets fat only through fat.

    2. It is through fats that the absorption of vitamins A, D, E, and K helps.

    4. Vitamin E - This vitamin is required for the protection of the cell membrane.

    6. Vitamin C - This vitamin is essential for the repair and development of tendons and ligaments in the body. It provides immunity to the body.

    1. Management Committee - This committee does all the work related to organizing and conducting any competition and also establishes various committees as necessary.

    2. Purchase Committee - During the competition, if any equipment or item is needed, this committee makes that item or equipment available.

    4. Transport Committee - The Transport Committee is responsible to ensure that there is no delay in the competition and this committee reaches and brings the players to the fixed place.

    5. Food and Accommodation Committee - This committee makes arrangements for food for all the players and officials during the competition.

    6. Committee for Officers - During any competition, this committee is responsible for special officers and takes care of their needs.

    7. Sports Grounds and Equipment Committee - This committee arranges the playground and equipments during the competition and ensures that there is no shortage of any kind.

    8. Competition Program Committee - During the competition, if any team or official has any problem related to the program, then it is the responsibility of this committee to solve that problem.

    9. Decoration and Ceremony Committee - The function of this committee is to make decorations for the competition and if there is any deficiency in the decoration, then it is the responsibility of this committee to remove it.

    10. First Aid Committee - This committee is formed to provide immediate first aid to any player in case of injury during the competition.

    11. Announcement Committee - In order to run the competition smoothly, which game and competition will be held, it is managed by the Proclamation Committee.

    12. Publicity Committee - The function of this committee is to provide information about that competition three to four weeks before the start of any competition so that everyone can get enough information about the competition.

    5. Various types of yogasanas remove the disorders related to the human spine and also play an important role in making the right posture.

    2. Hastottanasana Patients suffering from neck pain, shoulder pain and a person suffering from spinal cord should not do this asana.

    3. A person who is suffering from high blood pressure, is troubled by neck pain, should not do Trikonasana to avoid injury to the hamstrings.

    4. Severe back pain, neck pain, disc problem, internal organ problem and pregnant women should not do Ardha Matsyendrasana.
